EXCHANGES&RETURN POLICY 

 

Windowsen has a 14-day exchange&return policy: you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship/postmark it back to our return center for an exchange or refund.

Any claim regarding the delivery of product(s) must be submitted in 14 working days. They must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tag, etc.). If you need any further information, you can send an email to customercare@windowsen-official.com. 

Windowsen only accepts to exchange items if they are classified as faulty or damaged. Windowsen do not accept returns for sizing/color issue. Please email us in advance for an exchange at customercare@windowsen-official.com, if you are interested in a different size or color of the same style.

***You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs, including potential customs duties, unless the item is classified as faulty or damaged.

Any parcel returned after the prescribed time frame shall be refused and returned to the sender. 

In order for the customer service to accept the return, the product(s) must be returned in full condition in its original packing, undamaged, not worn, and accompanied by all of its accessories.

Windowsen cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the parcel.
